Our litigators represent the interests of clients in major legal disputes throughout Italy, including disputes before trial and appellate courts, as well as the Italian Supreme Court, before the European Court of Justice and, through our network of member firms, worldwide. Our lawyers also provide affidavits and act as expert witness on Italian law in cases litigated abroad.

Our team of experts have successfully litigated a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including those relative to balance sheet and directors’ liability, construction contracts, unfair competition, product liability, banking, insurance, securities, avoidance of transactions within bankruptcy procedures, property issues, computer equipment and software utilisation, patent and trademark infringements.

MPlegal has also developed a specific expertise in worldwide attachment/seizure orders and in alternative dispute resolution, including assisted settlement negotiations, and domestic and international arbitration. We represent clients, and act as arbitrators, in major international arbitration proceedings both ad hoc and with the major international institutions, including in particular the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce).
