Eugenio, former head of the legal department with Aeroservicesgroup, is a member of MPlegal since its foundation.

His area of practice comprises the handling of all types of commercial and labour cases, of insurance claims and, generally, of aviation disputes. Eugenio has been involved as a lawyer for Alitalia in the management of complex multi-jurisdictional claims and has defended a number of high profile labour actions on behalf of both private corporate clients and public bodies.

He holds academic positions with the Libera Universita' Mediterranea di Bari (Labour law and Transportation, Security and Environment law) and with the University of Pescara (Trade Union law, Faculty of Economics) and is the author of several publications.

Eugenio is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Pescara.
