Francesca joined the Firm in January 2010.
Before joining MPlegal she worked for Prof. Enzo Musco from 2007 to 2009 developing a significant experience in criminal law and procedure.
Francesca’s main area of expertise is in business criminal law for banks and companies active in the financial sector. She also has specific knowledge in the field of white-collar crimes involving non-violent criminal activity such as serious fraud, fraudulent bankruptcy, money laundering, financial regulatory offences and extradition. Francesca has also expertise in medical malpractice.
She graduated cum laude from the Università di Roma Tor Vergata in 2007, with a degree thesis in criminal law on “criminal profiles of assisted reproduction" and is currently taking her PhD in Business Criminal Law.
Francesca is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma.
