Gianluigi, a former Associate with the boutique firm Bonsignori of Bologna, has been a member of MPlegal since it’s foundation.

His area of practice comprises the handling of all types of commercial cases, of insurance claims and labour disputes. Gianluigi has been invoved as a lawyer for Gruppo Delta (Carifin, Tarida, Rent, etc.) in the management of domestic and multi-jurisdictional debt recovery and has defended a number of high profile recovery actions on behalf of both private banks and public bodies.
