Luca, a former member of the London firm Amhurst Brown Colombotti, is a partner and co-founder of MPlegal.

He has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal defence work. Furthermore, his area of practice comprises the handling of white collar crimes and international fraud and insolvency. He undertakes major product liability work including the management of complex multi-jurisdictional criminal proceedings. Luca acts for insurers and manufacturers with regard to criminal aspects relating to defective products.

He also co-operates with the Italian Ministry of Internal Affairs with regard to the WPP (Witness Protection Programme).

Luca is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma and of IBA's Human Rights committee.
