Raffaello, a former member of the Roman boutique firm Lorenzoni, is of counsel at MPlegal.

His areas of practice comprise the handling of administrative matters, licences and authorizations. Raffaello undertakes regulatory work for private companies and public administration providing assistance as both a consultant and as a litigator.

Raffaello has pursued a number of high profile distribution, sale, transportation and gambling actions and has a solid experience in the field of public tenders, both in the consultancy phase and in the management of any litigation before the Administrative Courts.
