Veronica joined MPlegal in 2010 after having worked as senior associate with the boutique firm of former Minister of Telecommunication, Prof. Francesco Valsecchi.
Her area of practice comprises the handling of all types of civil and commercial claims, insurance cases, and private law matters. Veronica undertakes civil liability disputes and is also involved in the management of litigation arising from family law claims. She deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, including complex winding-up procedures, and has advised a large number of clients on labour law relatedmatters. Before dedicating her professional career to advocacy, she has also co-operated on a long-term basis as Assistant Professor with the departments of Private Law and Family Law of the Law Faculty at Università "Roma Tre".
